Katherine Marlea Clark is an American politician who has served as the United States representative for Massachusetts’s 5th congressional district since 2013, and as the assistant House Democratic leader (officially, the “Assistant Speaker”) since 2021, making her the fourth-highest-ranking House Democrat. Her district includes many of Boston’s northern and western suburbs, such as Medford, Framingham, Woburn, Waltham, and Clark’s hometown of Melrose. A member of the Democratic Party, Clark was a member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives from 2008 to 2011, and of the Massachusetts Senate from 2011 to 2013.

U.S. Rep. Gus Bilirakis

Gus Michael Bilirakis is an American lawyer and politician serving as the U.S. representative for Florida’s 12th congressional district since 2013. A member of the Republican Party, he first entered Congress in 2007, where he succeeded his father Michael Bilirakis, representing Florida’s 9th congressional district until redistricting. His district includes much of the northern portion of the Tampa Bay area. Bilirakis previously served as the Florida state representative for the 48th district from 1998 to 2006.

U.S. Rep. Bennie Thompson

Bennie Gordon Thompson is an American politician serving as the U.S. representative for Mississippi’s 2nd congressional district since 1993. A member of the Democratic Party, Thompson has been the chair of the Committee on Homeland Security since 2019 and from 2007 to 2011. He was both the first Democrat and the first African American to chair the committee. He is the dean of Mississippi’s congressional delegation.

Since 2011, Thompson has been the only Democrat in Mississippi’s congressional delegation. His district includes most of Jackson and is the only majority-black district in the state. It is about 275 miles (443 km) long, 180 miles (290 km) wide, and borders the Mississippi River. The Mississippi Delta comprises the vast majority of the district.

John Anthony Barrasso III is an American physician and politician serving as the senior United States senator from Wyoming, a seat he has held since 2007. A member of the Republican Party, he served in the Wyoming State Senate from 2003 to 2007.

Born and raised in Reading, Pennsylvania, Barrasso graduated from Georgetown University, where he received his B.S. and M.D. He conducted his medical residency at Yale University before moving to Wyoming and beginning a private orthopedics practice in Casper. Barrasso was active in various medical societies and associations.

U.S. Rep. Raja Krishnamoorthi

Subramanian Raja Krishnamoorthi is an Indian-born American businessman and politician serving as the U.S. representative for Illinois’s 8th congressional district since 2017. The district includes many of Chicago’s western and northwestern suburbs, such as Hoffman Estates, Elgin, Schaumburg, Wood Dale, and Elk Grove Village. He was elected to succeed Tammy Duckworth, who gave up the seat to run for the U.S. Senate. Krishnamoorthi is a member of the Democratic Party and serves on the House Oversight Committee and the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. He is also chair of the Oversight Subcommittee on Economic and Consumer Policy, and serves as an assistant whip.
